This is my Bad Day Letter

So if you’re looking at this then the day probably sucked and you’re dealing with the depression of it all over again. It might be because you aren’t making friends/ are lonely it might be school is getting hard and you are super stressed, or people are getting on your case. Here’s the deal though no matter the situation people love you and you deserve love and affection plus NOBODY wants you to die/ kill yourself. So when the going gets tough look at these and remember Berkeley is just another city will a million people you WILL find people who care and people that are like you. You did it in SoCal you can do it anywhere now get off your butt and get Happy cause God loves you and so do your real friends.

Dear Jennifer, you have a cute way of showing how you care for people that you actually care about. If we were in a room together, I
would be excited to see what you have been up to and catch up. You and I should one day go super crazy on ice cream. If you hugged me I would hug you right back. You

The truth is I think your one of the most responsible, dedicated, focused people I've ever met! You always do what you have to, and I admire that(: your also a very nice and positive person(: your very friendly, and your super smart! If you feel that you have to work to change people's perceptions of you, they are not a good fit for you. You should be able to just be yourself without having to worry about their perceptions. When you can just be yourself and be accepted for that, those will be true friends. (I think you already know that, right?)~ Mrs. Aragon

What you're feeling is completely normal, especially at such a big school like Berkeley. Unlike high school, where you have built-in friends, college takes more effort. Yes, initially my friends were my roommate and people in my dorm. However, I branched out to different clubs to meet people with similar interests. Christian student groups are great for that. My church said its sister church Redeemer Presbyterian Church has a student group at Berkeley. Going to church with other students will help, too. Feeling small and lonely come with being a freshman in college. I'll definitely keep you in prayer and don't hesitate to write or call if you want to talk more. :)

· Thank you so much for telling me about this! You know I'm here!! When ever I get down and depressed haul out this quote and read it as much as I can.

"You are an important part of God's plan. Your part may not seem or feel of great significance to you and you may not even realize what it is; nonetheless, it is an important part that only you can uniquely fill."

There is always a reason why we get blasted by the devil. Usually it's because we are right on track with God and the enemy doesn't like that nor does he want us to get to the place God wants us. Satan knows our weakest points and and always hits us there. A pastor once told me, when satan comes and wages war against us just remind him of his future in hell. what ever he throws at you will never be as bad as his future in hell. He knows it's coming!
Over the years I have learned to be encouraged by my depression. It's the one thing that can really get me down but it also shows me how close I was to God. He's there to pull me through it all. He's there cheering me on and showing me that I am on the right track because the enemy is getting worried!
So GREAT JOB JENNIFER!!This struggle is spiritual and the enemy is attacking you because YOU are on the right road! Keep pressing into God. DON'T GIVE UP! Your stronger then that, I know! :)

I am prayin for you and I have sent some angles to fight for you too! Keep me posted everyday if you need to! I'm here.
